TERMS OF USE
By accessing and using the RadiantPath Advisors website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the site.
CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials — is the property of RadiantPath Advisors, LLC and is provided for informational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or republish material from this site without our written permission.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any content without prior notice.
USE OF THE SITE
Use of this site is at your own risk. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, accurate, and current. Occasional outages, errors, or out-of-date information may occur. We are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the site.
PURCHASED SERVICES
When you purchase an audit, content service, or other RadiantPath Advisors engagement, the specific service description in place at the time of purchase governs what is included. Service descriptions are documented on our website and in any sellsheet, proposal, or written communication exchanged before purchase.
Refunds, revisions, and satisfaction commitments are described in each service's specific terms. The Content Engine, for example, includes a 60-Day Satisfaction Commitment. The Voice Blueprint and Audit products are delivered as one-time engagements with the scope described in their respective sellsheets.

PRIVACY AND DATA PRACTICES
WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect only the information needed to deliver the services you have purchased and to communicate with you about your engagement.
Information you provide directly:
Business information you submit through our intake forms (business name, address, phone number, website URL, services you offer, customer types, business positioning, Google Business Profile URL, and other operational details required to produce your audit or service deliverable)
Contact information (your name, email address, and phone number)
Payment information when you purchase a service (handled directly by Stripe — see "Who Has Access" below)
Any documents, brand materials, writing samples, or recordings you voluntarily share with us as part of a service engagement
Communication you send to us through email, scheduled sessions, or our website contact forms
Information collected automatically:
Basic website analytics (pages visited, general geographic region, browser type) used to understand how our site is used and to improve it
Information your browser provides during normal website use
We do not collect information about you from third-party data brokers, social media scraping, or any other indirect means.
HOW WE USE IT
We use your information for one purpose: to deliver the services you have purchased and to communicate with you about your engagement.
Specifically:
To produce your audit, content, or other service deliverable
To send your deliverable, follow-up communication, and any reports tied to your engagement
To answer questions you send us and to schedule sessions included in your service tier
To send you optional email updates if you have opted in to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To improve our services based on aggregated patterns across engagements (never tied to your individual business in any external communication)
We do not use your information for any other purpose. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not use it to build profiles for advertising.
WHO HAS ACCESS
Delivering an AI-assisted audit or content service requires us to use a set of trusted suppliers. Each supplier handles a specific part of the workflow. We disclose every supplier that touches your information below, along with what each one does. This list is current as of the date at the top of this page and is updated when our practices change.
AI processing:
Anthropic (Claude API) — Powers the AI analysis behind our audits and content production. Per Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, data submitted through their API is not used to train Anthropic's models. We treat this commitment as a foundational requirement for working with any AI supplier. You can verify Anthropic's commitment at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms.
Workflow orchestration:
Make.com — Orchestrates the multi-step workflows that produce your audit and route deliverables to you.
Data storage:
Notion — Stores your client record, audit content, and engagement history in our secure workspace.
Google Drive — Stores your audit deliverables (PDFs) in a folder dedicated to your business.
Data collection:
Google Forms — Hosts the intake forms you complete when purchasing an audit or service.
Google Places API — Provides verified Google Business Profile data (name, address, phone, hours, rating, review count) for audit purposes.
Payment processing:
Stripe — Processes all payments for our services. We do not see or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials. Stripe operates under its own privacy policy and security standards.
Communication:
Resend — Delivers your audit reports and transactional email related to your engagement.
MailerLite — Sends optional email updates (only to clients who have opted in to receive them).
Microsoft Teams — Hosts live sessions included in Tier 2 and Tier 3 audits. We may move to Zoom for future sessions; this notice will be updated when the change is made.
Infrastructure:
Render — Hosts the server-side software that produces and delivers your audit reports.
WordPress — Hosts our website, including this page.
Each supplier is bound by its own privacy and security policies, which you can review on each supplier's website. We chose these suppliers in part because of their published data practices.
THE ANTHROPIC API COMMITMENT — WHY IT MATTERS
A reasonable question to ask any AI-assisted service supplier is: "Is my business data being used to train someone's AI model?"
For RadiantPath Advisors, the answer is no. We use Anthropic's Claude API for all AI processing. Per Anthropic's published Commercial Terms of Service, customer data submitted through the API is not used to train Anthropic's models. This is a documented commitment from Anthropic, and you are encouraged to verify it directly at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms.
This commitment is the foundation of our AI supplier relationships. If Anthropic's terms were to change, we would update this notice and notify active clients before continuing to process their data under the new terms.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We retain your information indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it. We do this for two practical reasons:
Returning clients and follow-on engagements (such as a Tier 2 upgrade after a Tier 1 audit, or a follow-up audit after a content engagement) benefit from continuity. Your prior audit history, intake responses, and engagement notes inform any future work we do together.
Audit deliverables (PDFs) stored in your dedicated Google Drive folder remain available for your reference indefinitely. You retain the link to your deliverables and can download them whenever you wish.
If you would like your information deleted, email ken@radiantpathadvisors.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm receipt within three business days and complete the deletion within thirty days. Deletion covers your Notion record, your Google Drive deliverables, your intake responses, and any active mailing list subscriptions. Some operational records (such as payment receipts retained for tax purposes) may need to be kept longer to comply with legal and accounting requirements.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
Ask what information we have about you and your business
Ask us to correct any information that is wrong or out of date
Ask us to delete your information (subject to the legal and accounting requirements noted above)
Unsubscribe from optional email communications at any time
Receive a copy of your audit deliverables and intake responses on request
To exercise any of these rights, email ken@radiantpathadvisors.com. We respond to all such requests within three business days.
COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES
When you purchase an audit or service, you receive transactional email related to that engagement (intake confirmations, deliverable emails, scheduled session reminders). This email is part of the service and cannot be opted out of without canceling the engagement.
If you choose to subscribe to our optional updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing ken@radiantpathadvisors.com. We do not add anyone to optional email lists without their explicit opt-in.
CHILDREN
RadiantPath Advisors serves small businesses. Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us in error, email ken@radiantpathadvisors.com and we will delete it promptly.
CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
We update this notice when our data practices change — for example, when we add a new supplier, change a retention period, or update a commitment. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. For material changes that affect how we handle existing client data, we notify active clients by email before the change takes effect.

DISCLAIMER
ADVISORY NATURE OF OUR SERVICES
RadiantPath Advisors provides consulting and strategic advisory services for business growth, marketing, operations, and AI-assisted process design. Our audits, recommendations, content, and other deliverables are intended to support business decision-making.
Our advice and resources do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. Each client is responsible for evaluating the suitability of any strategy, tool, or recommendation discussed. We recommend seeking appropriate professional advice tailored to your specific situation before making major business decisions, particularly decisions with legal, tax, or financial implications.
AUDIT SCOPE AND LIMITS
Our AI Visibility Audits — Tier 1 AI Visibility Scorecard, Tier 2 AI Presence Audit, and Tier 3 AI Authority Assessment — measure structural factors that show consistent correlation with AI visibility across major AI search tools. AI tools evaluate businesses through different signals and weight them differently. What one tool cites with confidence, another may not.
Our audits are not a guarantee of citation by any specific AI system, nor a prediction of where your business will appear in any individual AI tool's results. They measure the structural foundation that consistently underpins recommendations across tools. Each audit's Scope and Methodology section documents the specific data sources used.
NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS OUTCOMES
RadiantPath Advisors does not guarantee specific business outcomes from any service we provide. Results depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: the quality and consistency of client implementation, market conditions, competitive activity, changes in search algorithms and AI platforms, and the underlying state of the client's business.
We commit to honest analysis, practical recommendations, and clear communication. We do not commit to specific revenue, ranking, traffic, or visibility outcomes.
AI-ASSISTED CONTENT
Our audits and other deliverables are produced using AI-assisted analysis. While we work to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content can occasionally include details that need correction. If you spot anything in a RadiantPath Advisors deliverable that does not match the current state of your business, let us know — your feedback makes future work sharper.
THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND PLATFORMS
Where our recommendations reference third-party tools, platforms, or suppliers (for example, Google Business Profile, WordPress, MailerLite, or any other named product), we are not affiliated with those companies unless explicitly stated. We recommend tools and platforms based on our practical assessment of their suitability for small businesses. Pricing, features, and policies of third-party tools can change without notice.
USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES
Use of this website and any RadiantPath Advisors service is at your discretion and risk. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, current, and useful information, but we make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or our services.
